This tea is most delicious as a hazelnut latte! Steep tea in hot water, then pour into heated milk with a dollop of maple syrup.
Farmer note:
When we crack our hazelnuts, some shells stick and are impossible to separate from the nut pieces. We hate to waste these precious nuts, so we reached out to Rachel from Well Rooted Teas, who transformed them into a flavorful tea made with all local ingredients: roasted dandelion root, foraged chicory root, and Midwest hazelnuts.
