Andrew Zimmern's House Dressing

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons peanut oil 2 tablespoons hazelnut oil 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons chopped chives Salt and pepper, as needed INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients to a bowl one by one, whisking to combine after each step.
For longer shelf life, mix all ingredients except for cream. Add cream before use. It's good on greens, but even tastier over a hot plate of veggies or meat straight out of the oven or off the grill! |
