Hazelnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies


HAZELNUT FLOUR, HAZELNUTS

INGREDIENTS​
​
1 3/4 cups flour
​1/2 cup hazelnut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chunks
3/4 cup hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. 
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. 
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, and vanilla. 
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time. 
  5. Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture while beating. 
  6. Stir in chocolate chunks and hazelnuts. 
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheet, spaced out. 
  8. Bake for 9 minutes.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling. 
  10. Enjoy!
