"Coffee and homemade hazelnut milk is the best part of my morning"
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of lightly roasted hazelnuts 4 cups of water 2 medjool dates 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla INSTRUCTIONS
SOAK. Soak hazelnuts in water for 4-8 hours (less is required if you have a strong blender).
BLEND. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. TASTE. Try your milk and add extra dates to reach your desired sweetness level. FILTER. Using a nut bag, coffee filter, NutraMilk, or cheese cloth, strain the liquid into a container. STORE. Store air tight in the fridge. ENJOY! WHAT TO DO WITH THE PULP
