Hazelnut Protein Shake
Note: Use hazelnut flour just like a protein powder. It doesn't add much taste, so don't be nervous to use it with foods that don't scream "hazelnut!"
1 1/2 medium sized frozen bananas
1/4 cup of hazelnut flour (11g protein)
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (1.6g protein)
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (7.5g protein)
1/2 cup water or milk
pinch of sea salt
BLEND. That's it!
