The Simplest Dressing: Lemon Hazelnut Oil
This simple, every day dressing is the perfect introduction to hazelnut oil
INGREDIENTS
½ cup hazelnut oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey (optional, adjust for taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
WHISK. In a bowl, whisk together the hazelnut oil, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
