1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (1/3 cup to blend and remainder for the rim)
1/4 cup melted chocolate
3/4 cup soy, oat, or nut milk
1 chopped banana
Handful of ice cubes
PREP GLASS. Melt chocolate. Dip rim of glass in bowl of melted chocolate and twist to coat. Gently rest the chocolaty rim onto a pile of chopped hazelnuts. Rotate the rim and repeat until coated. Place glass in freezer to prevent dripping.
BLEND. Blend 1/3 cup of hazelnuts, Baileys, ice, milk, and banana.
POUR. Pour Baileys mixture into the chocolate-dipped glass.
