The American Hazelnut Company operates out of a community kitchen, so it is possible that other businesses are using nuts and other allergens at the facility. We use communal roasting trays for all of our products, which are washed with detergent and run through a sanitizer before each use. The flour grinder and oil press belong to us, so there are no other nuts touching that equipment. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
